Recruit an additional +2 million drinkers to the brand
Deliver a nationwide sampling campaign that would recruit large numbers of drinkers to Coca-Cola Zero Sugar. The activity spanned key retail, transport, urban, sporting and entertainment locations. Using our in house TED Tech, we built a special tracking platform to report on key metrics in real time. Our tech prompted event managers to temperature control samples every fifteen minutes which helped us achieve agreed KPI compliance and key messaging.
To ensure recycling targets we selected, trained and managed a team of Coca-Cola Brand Hero’s who were all high in personality trait ‘conscientiousness’ and were passionate about conservation and sustainability. Over 1400 brand ambassadors worked with us in hundreds of locations and events. Our proprietary tech was invaluable in managing the work flow, capturing data and ‘can temperatures’, but also in staying in touch with our staff and keeping them motivated and focussed. This was Coca-Cola’s largest ever sampling activity outside of North America.
