Powering retail Case Studies
Using our proprietary TED Tech, staff can audit and assess the full customer experience, store staff knowledge, product availability / positioning and competitor analysis in real-time. Quickly after a store visit, we’ll produce a detailed report with recommended changes, and follow up with a second visit soon after to track improved performance.
This service is often seen as ‘unskilled work’, but we completely disagree and spend time training our staff to ensure they’re making the right observations, asking the right questions and gleaning the best insights to ensure our clients get value for money.
Using client data, we create effective call files that target stores based on rate of sale, store history & stock accuracy. Our TED Tech allows us to also manage and resell stock for our clients – so if the shelves are empty, TED staff can re-stock the retailer and take payment in real time.
Clients can access a bespoke live dashboard, detailing call status together with images and requested data for compliance. Reporting can then be viewed by store, city, Region etc. We can also combine this service with brand ambassador work pre and post their visit, driving efficiency and scale.
This service offers a full suite of checks from product positioning, media placement and POS compliance. As well as auditing and reporting, staff can also be briefed to correct any compliance errors, so no time is wasted in achieving the optimal outcome. Retail staff training
Training retail store staff is particularly effective in building brand advocacy, changing or building brand preference and ultimately increasing sales – especially with complex products and services. TED Tech allows us to support face-to-face and webinar training with regular updates, training test modules and content. We drive saliency through incentives and competitions direct to store staff. Confidential training and reminder materials are stored securely with trackable access.
